Attorney Shi Junming Attended the Seminar on Financial Development and Financial Laws Against the Backdrop of Financial Crisis

Sponsored by financial trial committees of trial theory research society of China Law Society and the Shanghai Higher People’s Court，a seminar on financial development and financial laws against the backdrop of financial crisis was held in East China University of Political Science and Law on June 27, 2009. , ,Vice-president of Supreme People’s Court Xi Xiaoming, vice-mayor of Shanghai Tu Guangshao, president of the Higher People’s Court Ying Yong, famous jurist professor Wang Jiafu, president of Shanghai Law Society Wu Gangyu, director of department of legal affairs of China Securities Regulatory Commission Huang Wei, general manager of Shanghai Stock Exchange Zhang Yujun, presented and gave brilliant speeches. A unveil ceremony of financial tribunals of Shanghai Higher People’s Court, Shanghai No.1 Intermediate People’s Court and Shanghai No.2 Intermediate People’s Court was held during the seminar.
Senior partner of Dacheng Shanghai Office Shi Junming participated in the focus discussion on research of protections of financial investors’ rights and interests and legal system’s improvements for financial market access. He and professor Liuyan from Peking University concluded according to “research of protections of financial investors’ rights and interests and legal system's improvements for financial market access”.
