A Seminar Entitled “Transaction Management of State-owned Property Rights in Public Companies and Strategic Response to Foreign Investment and Enterprise Intellectual Property” Co-organized by Shanghai Office Came to a Successful Conclusion

On July 8, 2009, a seminar, sponsored by Shanghai association of stock systems enterprises, Shanghai university IP school and Dacheng Shanghai office, was held in Dacheng Shanghai office. Senior partner Wang Hai and Liu Yixing of Dacheng, and professor Tao Xinliangthe, the dean of Shanghai university IP school explained respectively according to “Regulation on transaction of state-owned property rights in public companies”, “Views of entrepreneurs on intellectual property” and “National operation of intellectual property and competition”. They also had an in-depth discussion on those subjects with senior management of public companies. The seminar was thought highly by the senior management and it obtained good results.
