Attorney Shen Linping was Invited to be a Visiting Scholar in the United States

Invited by American University Washington College of Law, attorney Shen Linping began his visiting scholar trip on July 31th, 2009. The main research direction of him in the Unite State is the comparative study between China and American of the legal system in the issuance of securities. He will make a intensive research of the maturity of the U.S. stock market system for securities issued through communicating with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and learn from the securities experts and scholars in Washington D.C.. He will also make a recommendation to the China legal system of securities issued. He will have a research on the legal service market of the United States, especially in the eastern part.
