Vice Governor of Hubei Province Received and Entertained Dr. QiuYuanliang

On September 18, 2009, Dr. Qiuyuanliang Senior Partner of Dacheng was invited as the guest speaker for the China Venture Capital and Private Equity Mid-Forum 2009 in Wuhan, Hubei Province. The forum is jointly organized by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Hubei Provincial People’s Government and Wuhan Municipal People’s Government.
In the evening of September 17, GuoShenglian, Vice governor of Hubei Province received and entertained Dr. QiuYuanliang. During the meeting, Dr. Qiu introduced the basic situation of Dacheng Law Offices and expressed Dacheng’s strong desires and edges to provide services, such as financing, restructuring, listing for the enterprises of Hubei. Dr. Qiu also illustrated the legal services for the establishment of joint venture funds between venture capital of Hubei provincial government and Daiwa SMBC Co., Ltd, which is offered by Dacheng’s Wuhan office recently. Vice-governor Guo thought highly of Dacheng’s legal services.
