25 Lawyers from Dacheng Law Offices Participate in a Program Launched by China Mobile Named “Research on Legal Risk Management System of Large Enterprises”

On Oct., 15th, Dacheng contracted with China Mobile, engaging in research and analysis on a program named “research on legal risk management system of large enterprises”. This program consists of 25 lawyers and partners from Dacheng Law Offices, led by Mr. Xu Yongqian, (senior partner of Dacheng). Famous jurist Wang Baoshu, Zhu Shaoping (chairman of legal office of Financial and Economic Affairs Committee), general counsel (China Mobile), Ms. Chen Lijie (former deputy director general of Bureau of Policies, Laws and Regulations of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council), Xiao Jinquan (senior partner of Dacheng). So far, 2500 surveys for the purpose have distributed to nation-wide large enterprises.
