Attorney He Zhen Attended “the Fourth Canadian Mineral Investment Forum”

On October 16th, 2009, He Zhen, Senior Consultant of Dacheng Law Offices, was invited to attend “the Fourth Investment Forum on Minerals of Canada”by Canadian Embassy and Saskatchewan Economic Development Agency, which was held at St.Regis.
The forum was launched by National Development and Reform Commission, Canada Federal Government, British Columbia of Canada, New Foundland, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan and Yukon Territory government. Officers of Economic Development Agency from six provinces of Canada and chiefs from 27 Canadian Coal, Nickel, Uranium, gold and other mineral resource enterprises were also invited to this conference. Bilin Xiong, the chief of Department of Industry of National Development and Reform Commission and David Mulroney, ambassador from Canada embassy addressed speeches respectively.
During the conference, Mr. He discussed with government officers and businessmen from Canada on how to assist Chinese enterprises invest in Canada. The accomplishment of Dacheng has made deep impression on the participants from Canada. Some of them hoped that they would visit Dacheng soon to seek further communication and cooperation.
