First Labor Union of Dacheng was Established in Changchun Office

On September 28th 2009, Labor Union Commission of Changchun Office of Dacheng Law Offices was approved by General Labor Union of Changchun City. All members of Changchun Office attended the competitive election of the first Chairman and committee members of the Labor Union, which indicated that the first Labor Union of Dacheng Changchun Office was established officially.
After the establishment of Labor Union of Changchun Law Office, Xiaoyan Cheng, the Chairman of the Labor Union,  launched the first staff cultural activities before the 60th anniversary of the National Day. All staff visited San Jiaolong Wan, a National Forest Park. Such activities greatly improved the communication among lawyers, strengthened the ties connecting Dacheng Law Offices and its offices as well as among lawyers.
Dacheng Law Offices attaches great importance to establishing Labor Unions in its Law Offices. Developing Labor Union and organizing lawyers are not only the requirements of “Law of the People’s Republic of China on Employment Contract “ and “Trade Union Law of the People’s Republic of China”, but the requirements of development of law offices. Labor Union is a family on behalf of interests of its staff, and a platform which makes lawyers and law offices achieve more efficient communication. The Labor Union in legal profession will function as a supervisor and server, is able to protect legal rights of lawyers, to stabilize lawyers’ team and to promote development of law offices.
As a pioneer, the establishment of Labor Union of Changchun Office will make lawyers more active and develop a better working environment; enhance cohesion and create a united, harmonious and active team, improving the relationship between lawyers and law offices The establishment of Labor Union in Changchun Office set a good  example for establishment of labor unions for other branches of Dacheng Law Offices.
