Dacheng Lawyer Trained Shanxi Industry & Commerce System to Set Up Limited Partnership Fund

On October 20, 2009, Dacheng partner Li Shoushuang was invited by Shanxin Province Industry & Commerce Bureau and Shanxi Energy Fun to gave Shanxi Industry & Commerce Bureau and part of industry & commerce bureaus at municipal level a special training for the setting up of limited partnership fund.  The training was on the subject of the type of private equity fund, the limited partnership system in Partnership Law and the registration of limited partnership fund. The leaders and relevant officers from Shanxi Province Industry and Commerce Bureau and some local bureaus participated in this training.
