Dr. Fan Jiahe, Executor of Dacheng’s Cross-straits Legal Service Center, Invited to Become Member of International Financial Management Association’s Chinese Experts Committee

On 20 October 2009, Dr. Fan Jiahe, the Executor of Dacheng’s Cross-straits Legal Service Center, was invited to become a member of the Chinese Experts Committee under the U.S.-Certified International Financial Management Association.  The tenure of the office is for one year. On 25 October, Dr. Fan Jiahe gave a speech to senior finance management students at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics titled “An Overview of the Listing of Chinese Enterprises in the U.S.”.
The international finance manager qualification given by the U.S.-certified International Financial Management Association is approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security. This was initiated by the China Association of Chief Financial Officers and IFMA, who established the Joint Qualification Approval Committee. The certification of the committee has the same effect as the National Qualification Certification, and falls within the jurisdiction of the National Qualification Certification System.
