Dacheng Co-organized 2009 “China's State-Owned Assets Law Forum”

On October 30 and October 31, 2009, "China's state-owned assets law Forum -2009 Annual Meeting" was held in at the Capital Hotel by the Commercial Law Research Committee, China Law Association and co-organized by Dacheng Law Offices. Vice chairman of the NPC Financial and Economic Committee, Yin Zhongqing attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.  Chief of Act Office of the NPC Financial and Economic Committee Zhu Shaoping, director of Commercial Law Research Committee, the China Law Association, Wang Baoshu, and the General Secretary Zhu Ciyun attended the annual meeting.
Meeting was hosted by senior partner, Xu Yongqian of Dacheng, more than 260 representatives from 59 large-scale central enterprises, provincial and municipal SASAC, the local large-scale state-owned enterprises, private enterprise groups, domestic and foreign private equity funds and intermediaries attended the meeting. Senior Partner of Dacheng Qian Lieyang and Partner Wang Weidong and Wei Yilong, chairman of Dacheng (Taiwan) delivered speeches respectively. Senior partner Lu Hada Dacheng made concluding remarks as a special guest at the closing ceremony.
he theme of the Annual meeting was "Safeguarding against risks comprehensively, grasping strategic opportunity".  It invited experts from Reform Bureau of SASAC, Distribution Bureau, Reorganization Bureau and other departments to deliver speeches on the implementation of the investor's system, enterprise distribution system reform, restructuring of troubled enterprises, corporate governance strategies and practices in the down cycle and other issues. The meeting discussed the risk prevention and control system-building of the state-owned group. Part of the person in charge of large central enterprises introduced valuable experience accumulated in the course of exploration and practice of the nationalization of central enterprises. In addition, the meeting also discussed the financial risk prevention and control system in the operation of company's capital, intellectual property securitization, the core competitiveness building of corporate group, the strategic management of intellectual property rights and other issues.
The annual meeting was in close connection with focuses, highlighted the main themes and diversified discussion forms.  Participants had lively discussions and achieved good results.
