Li Yunli Participated in Second Representative Meeting of China Arbitration Law Research Institute and Third “China Arbitration and Judicial Forum”

From 19-20 November 2009, the Second Representative Meeting of the China Arbitration Law Research Institute and the Third “China Arbitration and Judicial Forum” was held in Xiangtan, Hunan Province by the China Arbitration Law Research Institute, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, China Maritime Arbitration Commission, and No.4 Civil Court of the Supreme Court. Li Yunli, Dacheng senior partner and Deputy General Secretary of the Arbitration Law Professional Commission of Beijing Lawyers Association, was invited to participate in the forum and delivered a brilliant speech titled “The Expansion of Arbitration Agreement” in relation to the topic of “New Visions of Arbitral Theory and Practice”. The speech was well received by representatives from arbitration institutes, university experts and arbitration practitioners.
