Representative of IP Department of Dacheng Delivered a Speech at the ALB Summit

On November 26, 2009, 2009 Annual Legal Summit was held at the Beijing Swissotel by the Asian Law Journal (ALB).  A number of well-known law firms and large corporate legal counsel participated in the summit.
Dacheng management committee appointed Intellectual Property Department and some lawyers to participate in the meeting. Partner Tian Shuqi and Dun Mingyue delivered a speech named "The Use of Evidence Rules of Intellectual Property Litigation and the New Trend of Intellectual Property Litigation in China" and was well received by the participants.
