On November 26, 2009, Dacheng partner Yang Guisheng of Mines and Energy Department was invited to participate in "Mining And Mineral Exploration Seminar" hosted by Geology and Mineral Branch of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association and delivered a speech named "The Legal System Of Mining And Market Operations Of Mining Rights". The seminar is all China summit of Nonferrous Metals Geology and Mineral industry and is held annually. The speech of Mr. Yang Guisheng has received high evaluation from the leaders of the Association attending the meeting, China Geological Survey Bureau and the leaders of non-ferrous Geological Exploration Bureau of Guizhou, Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan and Qinghai provinces. They all expressed the need of Dacheng legal services of Energy and Mineral Resources Industry.
To actively develop the legal services market to promote the advantages of Dacheng in legal services in the mining areas, Yang Guisheng have participated in a series of domestic energy sector and international conferences this year, which has contributed to Dacheng legal services products.
On March 1-4, 2009, Yang Guisheng attended the prestigious International Mining Conference - "2009 Annual Meeting of Canadian Explorer and Developer Association (2009PDAC)", communicating extensively with domestic and foreign mining companies and having built a relationship, and promoted Dacheng legal practice in mining and resources area. PDAC is hosted by the Canadian Explorer and Developer Association and is currently the world's largest mining event in every March in Toronto, Canada. After the annual meeting, Yang Guisheng invited Janis Koyanagi, Director of the Toronto Stock Exchange and the Asia Manager George Gao to visit Dacheng, on China's mining companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.  They exchanged extensively over the financing of Chinese mining enterprises to list on the Toronto Stock Exchange and expressed a strong will to strengthen communication and build up long-term cooperation.
June 17-21, 2009, Yang Guisheng was invited to participate in "Seventh China International Nonferrous Metals Mining Forum" in Guiyang hosted by the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, and delivered a speech named " Domestic Legal And Policy Environment Analysis Of Chinese Mining Companies’ Overseas Investment ".The content of the speech has been collected into the Forum corpus, and had a widespread impact in the non-ferrous metals industry.
In November 2009, Yang Guisheng has successfully signed with the Nuclear Industry Geological Bureau perennial legal counseling agreements, which enabled Dacheng legal services of energy and mineral resources to be promoted in the nuclear industry.
Over the past year, Mr. Yang Guisheng successively signed with "China Non-ferrous Metal Daily", "China Metallurgical Daily", China Nonferrous Network, the China Iron and Steel News Network and China Mining Network perennial legal agreement, using the authority media of mining industry to increase the reputation of Dacheng in the mining field.
