Xu Yongqian Delivered Speech at the 5th “China Mayor Forum”

On November 29, 2009, the 2009 Annual Meeting of the China Suburb Economic Development Research Commission and the 5th “China Mayors’ Forum” was held in Haikou.  Vice Governor of Hainan Province Chen Cheng, Haikou City Mayor Xu Tangxian, and comrades in charge of relevant departments in the Ministry of Agriculture and State Council Development Research Center, as well as nearly 300 mayors from across the country participated in the forum. Dacheng senior partner Xu Yongqian was invited to the forum and gave an excellent speech titled “Corporate Vessels Allowing Farmers to Achieve Prosperity and the Function of Lawyers”. The speech was very well-received by all participants.
