Henang Province Hebi City Delegation for SME-listing Visits Dacheng Shengzhen Office

On 3 December 2009, a delegation for the listing of 13 small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) led by Liang Yanru, Deputy Secretary-General of Hebi City municipal government, and head of the Finance Office He Zhongping visited Dacheng’s Shenzhen office.
