Qian Weiqing Invited to Make Speech at Beijing University

On 2 December 2009, Dacheng senior partner Qian Weiqing responded to an invitation by Beijing University’s Jiangxi Cultural Exchange Association to give a special lecture on the topic “The Smoking-Gun of Law: Inside-Story of the Danone-Wahaha Commercial Struggle”.
During the speech, Qian Weiqing recounted his experience as acting representative of Wahaha Trade Union in the case against Danone. In addition, Qian Weiqing also shared with the students many insights and experiences derived from his 10 years of working as a lawyer, further encouraging them to face up to challenges bravely.
As the honorary guest, Chinese Lawyer editor Liu Guiming provided insightful comments on Qian Weiqing’s speech. The book and calligraphy-gifting ceremony by Qian Weiqing to Beijing University Library also took place during the event. The lecture concluded with a resounding success.
