Dacheng Shenzhen Office Lawyer Lu Junshan’s New Academic Contributions

On 28 November 2009, an article written by Lu Junshan, a laywer at Dacheng’s Shenzhen Office, titled “Responsibility to Discover Product Defects – Loopholes and Remedies for Product Tort Laws” won the prize for excellence at the “2009 Tort Law Legal Theory and Practice Conference” (Civil and Commercial Law Conference) organized by the Canton Law Society’s Civil and Commercial Law Association.  
On 4 December 2009, the article “Challenges and Opportunities for Legal Services in Equity Financing – Using the Global Financial Crisis and Domestic Entrepreneurship as a Platform” was collected in the forum corpus of the 2009 Lawyers’ Forum of China’s 6 Central and Southern Provinces.
