Lu Hada Gives Speech at “Development of the Chinese Legal Sector in the New Situation” Forum

On 5 December 2009, Dacheng senior partner Lu Hada was invited to participate in the “Development of the Chinese Legal Sector in the New Situation” forum. He delivered a key note address titled “The Social Responsibility and Professional Image of Law Offices”.
The forum was jointly organized by Tsinghua University School of Law, “Chinese Lawyer” magazine, and Yingke Law Firm. Former Deputy Secretary of NPC Standing Committee Zhang Yi, Vice-President of All-China Lawyers Association Song Jianzhong, Secretary of All-China Lawyers Association Deng Jiaming and others also attended the forum. The topics of discussion revolved around the development of the Chinese legal industry in the new situation, and the social responsibility, position, and image of lawyers.
