China Information Service Industry Alliance Established

On 12 December 2009, the “China Information Service Industry Alliance” initiated by Dacheng Law Offices, Zhong Shui Tax Agency Limited, and Alliance PKU Management Consultants Limited was officially established.
With the continuous development of the market economy, multidimensional needs of enterprises in the areas of management consulting, legal services, and tax services also correspondingly increase. Through resource integration and the improvement of service standards, the China Information Service Industry Alliance aims to stimulate the sustainable development of enterprises and the building of a harmonious society.
The Alliance established five fundamental principles, namely: mutual respect, resource matching, industry regulation, brand promotion, and winning through cooperation.
On the afternoon 0f 12 December, the signing ceremony of the “China Information Service Industry Alliance” took place during the Dacheng global services network construction meeting. Wang Zhongde, managing partner of Dacheng Law Offices, signed the “China Information Service Industry Alliance Agreement” along with Zhong Shui Tax Agency manager Sun Shiyu and Alliance PKU founder Wang Pu.
Zhong Shui Tax Agency Limited was established on 28 January 1997. It is one of the earliest tax agencies in China and currently has more than 11 years of service experience. The company has established 31 branches in major Chinese cities, and employs more than 2000 professionals. It provides integrated tax services to both domestic and overseas large-scale enterprises.
Formed in 1996, Alliance PKU Management Consultants Limited is a large-scale Chinese consulting agency committed to promoting enterprise growth and reform.
