2010 Dacheng Spotlighted Business Areas Professional Training Concludes Successfully

March 4—5 2010, associates from Dacheng Headquarters and branch offices took part in a professional training session which utilized video conference technologies and lasted for two days. The training session was put together by the Dacheng Market Development Committee, which invited Liu Dongsheng, Chairman of the Board of Supervisors of Key State-owned Large-scale Enterprises of the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC), China Securities Regulatory Commission Non-listed Public Corporation Supervision Department Director Feng Henian and others to conduct the special lectures.
 
Dacheng Market Development Committee convocator Xu Yongqian discussed the prospects of Dacheng's spotlighted business areas in 2010, in relation to the Chinese macroeconomics situation and Dacheng's strategic development. Each specialist and Dacheng lawyer spoke on their respective practice area, covering topics ranging from Chinese government companies risk management in all respects, OTC and the building of multi-layered capital markets, matters related to Dacheng's intellectual property rights practice area, formulating and codifying tortious liability laws, and many more.
 
SASAC Key State-owned Large-scale Enterprises Chairman of the Board of Supervisors Liu Dongsheng began with some of the major domestic and international risk management issues in recent years, discussed the importance for businesses to engage in all-around risk management, and explained elaborately the principles, flow, and system of risk management according to the "Central Enterprises Comprehensive Risk Management Guide".
 
Dacheng Senior Partner Tao Xin, using his experience of many years practicing intellectual property law, dissected our nation's market needs and competitive position for and within IP legal services, summarized Dacheng's comparative strengths and the major bottleneck in the expansion of our IP department, and gave his constructive suggestions for the integration and development of Dacheng's IP department.
 
Dacheng Parters Wang Weidong and Wang Dehui also participated in the internal training session.
