Senior Partner Guo Jun Participates in the “‘Lawspirit’ Legal Practices High-Level Forum”

March 6, 2010, Dacheng Senior Partner Guo Jun participated in the “Legal Practices High-Level Forum” hosted by Lawspirit and at their invitation.
 
Mr. Guo gave the keynote speech on “Real Estate Joint Development”. He explained the model of real estate joint development, frequently seen legal disputes, legal risk aversion and what lawyers brings to play, using case examples. He also had an interactive discussion with the attendees through a question and answer session.
