Senior Partner Tuo Mingzhong Lectures at Shijiazhuang Rural Credit Cooperative

March 13-14, 2010, during the Hebei Province Shijiazhuang Rural Credit Cooperative training session, Dacheng Senior Partner Tuo Mingzhong was invited to teach a class consisting of presidents, chairmen, vice-chairmen and other supervisors at 19 county-level rural credit cooperatives in Shijiazhuang.
 
Mr. Tuo discussed the in-depth reform of rural credit cooperatives in terms of policy direction, basic principles, and the details of the reform. He also explained the management chain system of the rural credit cooperatives and answered a wide range of specific questions from those attending the session regarding the rural credit cooperative reforms. The session produced good results and received high ratings from the attendees.
