Cross-Strait Intellectual Property Rights Protection Lecture Series Starts at Beijing Stop

The morning of March 15, 2010, Dacheng Law Offices held a special seminar on cross-Strait intellectual property rights protection at the Beijing headquarters.
 
Beijing is the first of seven stops in this lecture circuit. The series will continue at Shenyang, Chongqing, Wuhan, Nanjing, Shanghai, and Xiamen.
 
Dacheng Law Offices Director Peng Xuefeng, Intellectual Property Department Director Tong Jie, Market Development Committee Chair Xu Yongqian, and Dacheng Taiwan Office Director Wei Yilong participated in the lecture and gave the opening remarks.
 
Dacheng Senior Partner Tao Xinliang spoke on “Name Brand Intellectual Property Rights Protection” and “Taiwan Enterprises’ Knowledge Assets Strategies”. Dacheng Taiwan Office Senior Partner Lai Wenping and He Yipeng spoke on “Cross-Strait Intellectual Property Exchange Status” and “Cross-Strait Intellectual Property Rights Dispute Case Examples” respectively. During the lecture, participants carried out in-depth exchange on cross-Strait intellectual property industrialization and other issues.
 
Agricultural Bank of China Legal Services Division, Tianjin Cathay Fubon Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd., Taiwan Zunlong Group, Taiwan's TPV Technology Limited and other well-known cross-Strait enterprises participated in this lecture.
