Israel Law Firm Shibolet & Co. Partners Visit Dacheng

March 15, 2010, Dacheng strategic partner in Israel Shibolet & Co. Founding Partner Yaacov Yisraeli, Senior Partner and member of the Management Committee Lior Aviram and their Chinese Desk Partner Amit Ben-Yehoshua (based in Dacheng Shanghai Office) visited Dacheng headquarters. Dacheng Managing Director Wang Zhongde, Senior Partner Guo Jun, Jiang Rongqing, Partner Gu Shuyuan received the guests.
 
Managing Director Wang Zhongde extended Dacheng’s welcome to the guests. He reaffirmed the tight business relationship between Dacheng and Shibolet and described Dacheng’s global development plan in 2010, including the opening of branch offices in New York, Japan and other East Asian locations. Dacheng’s partnership with Shibolet is an important step in realizing Dacheng’s global network. Also, as a World Service Group (WSG) member, Dacheng will fully utilize the WSG platform to further establish the Dacheng brand.
 
The two parties discussed future collaborations in the intellectual property rights department.  Mr. Wang was glad to have Mr. Aviram, the head of the high-tech and venture capital practices at Shibolet, in attendance. As Dacheng is focusing on expanding their intellectual property rights practice in 2010, Mr. Wang hopes to collaborate in this area with Shibolet. Mr. Aviram and Mr. Yisraeli described Shibolet’s extensive experience in high-tech and venture capital investment practices, and expressed their willingness to share their expertise.
 
Mr. Wang emphasized the need to collaborate not only on individual cases, but strategically make the most of their respective strengths, mutually develop their IP practice and others through continued communication. He hopes that the meeting will promote the partnership between Shibolet and Dacheng, so that when they next meet, there will be plentiful fruits from their efforts.
 
Dacheng Senior Partner Guo Jun, Jiang Rongqing, and Partner Gu Shuyuan discussed with Mr. Yisraeli and others the details of their business collaborations, laying a solid foundation for the next level of collaboration.
