University of Washington Law School Professor Zang Dongsheng Visits Dacheng

March 22nd, 2010, University of Washington (UW) School of Law Professor Zang Dongsheng visited Dacheng Law Offices. Dacheng Managing Partner Wang Zhongde and Senior Partner Li Yulong received the guest.
 
Mr. Wang described Dacheng’s recent development in building a global legal service network and expressed his willingness to become long-term partners with UW and provide assistance to overseas legal talents.
 
Mr. Li expressed his appreciation to Mr. Zang for blazing the trail for Chinese lawyers abroad at prestigious law schools and hoped that more Dacheng lawyers will get the opportunity to visit and study at the United States. He also said that outstanding students from UW are welcome to visit and intern at Dacheng.
 
Mr. Zang described the current collaborations between UW Law and visiting scholars from the Beijing Municipal Lawyers Association and thanks Dacheng for opening its doors to UW students interested in visiting China.
 
Professor Zang joined the faculty full-time in 2006. He was a research fellow at the East Asia Legal Studies at Harvard Law School during the 2004-05 academic year. He holds an S.J.D. and LL.M. from Harvard Law School, in addition to his LL.M. from Renmin University (Beijing) and LL.B. from Beijing College of Economics. His academic interests include international trade law and comparative study of Chinese law.
