Dacheng Retained as Permanent Legal Counsel to Guokai Financial Limited

Recently, Dacheng Law Offices signed a contract to provide permanent legal counsel to GuoKai Financial Limited through a team of partners and associates experienced with private equity funds, including Dacheng Senior Partner Guo Qing, Partner Zhao Yan and others.
 
Guokai Financial Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of the China Development Bank and approved by the State Council. With a registered capital of 35 billion RMB, Guokai will mainly be engaged in private equity funds, direct funds, investments in infrastructure construction and other practices.
