Xiao Jinquan, Xu Yongqian, Tao Xinliang Lawyers Participate in All China Lawyers Association Joint Session of Law Committee Chairs

On March 28th 2010, the All China Lawyers Association (ACLA) Law Committee Chairs’ Session was held in Beijing.  The session was hosted by the ACLA Secretary General Deng Yaming. Department of Ministry, Lawyer Notarization Works Instruction Department’s Department Chair Du Guoxing, and ACLA President Chang Yuning spoke at the session. ACLA Vice-Secretary General Li Hong provided the report on the works of the Law Committees.
 
Dacheng Senior Partners Xiao Jinquan, Xu Yongqian and Tao Xinliang attended the session respectively as the ACLA Economics Law Committee Chair, Civil Law Committee Vice-Chair and Intellectual Property Law Committee executive member.
 
The session summed up the ACLA’s work in 2009 and set out its tasks in 2010. Relevant leaders of the ACLA, the chairs, vice-chairs, executive members and secretary generals of the Law Committees were in attendance, where they summarized their work, exchanged experiences, and clarified the goals and duties of the next period.
