Dacheng Law Offices Forms Strategic Partnership with Beijing Environment Exchange

On March 23, 2010, a low-carbon team led by Dacheng Senior Partner Zhang Gang signed the “Strategic Partnership Agreement” with Beijing Environment Exchange, signaling the formal beginning of a tight collaborative relationship.
 
Since the second half of 2009, Dacheng International Low-Carbon Task Force founder Kuang Shuangli and core member Luo Xiaozhi many times met with the head of the Beijing Environment Exchange to discuss forming a strategic alliance and came to a general consensus.
 
The Beijing Environment Exchange is a special commercial entity approved by the Beijing people’s government that provides a centralized, public venue for the transactions of all types of environmental rights and benefits.
 
The Exchange is the market platform for national environmental transactions and international environmental collaborations, as well as an important environmental financial derivative market.
