April 13 2010, Dacheng Senior Partner He Rong participated in a symposium on promoting public listings of companies by Hubei venture capital investment organizations hosted by the Hubei provincial government. Mr. He, as a representative of intermediary institutions, met with the representatives of Hubei provincial government’s finance office and public listings office, the Venture Capital Association and representatives from other well known venture capital investment organizations.
