Lu Mingsheng Participates in the Drawing Up of “Operational Guidelines for Lawyers to Handle Inheritance Law Cases”

Recently, Dacheng partner Lu Mingsheng participated in the drawing up of “Operational Guidelines for Lawyers to Handle Inheritance Law Cases” under the organization of the Civil Professional Committee of the National Lawyers Association. The establishment of this guideline was aimed at guiding and enhancing the operation and the level of inheritance-related legal matters.
 
Partner Lu is the current Director of the Marriage and Family Law Research Society of the China Law Society, the Commissioner of the Civil Professional Committee of the All China Lawyers Association, and the Deputy Secretary-General of Marriage and Family Professional Committee of the Beijing Bar Association Professional Committee. Previously, he participated in the drawing up of the “Operational Guidelines for Lawyers to Handle Marriage and Family Law Cases” and the “Draft of Proposed Lawyers’ Explanations of Marriage Law (3)”.
