Xu Yongqian and Four Other Senior Partners Visit American Bolong Group Headquarters

On Apr 21th 2010, Dacheng Senior Partners Xu Yongqian, Huang Xing, Wang Yingbo, and Senior Partners lee Matthews and Xiao Ling from Dacheng Los Angeles office visited the headquarters of the American Bolong Group, Inc.—the one of the world’s largest private equity corporations, located at Wall Street, New York.
 
Mr. W. Grant Gregory, the Bolong Global Operating Company Chairman of the Board and former Global President of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, and three other top managers received the Dacheng lawyers. The two parties discussed on bringing Chinese enterprises overseas, non-performing assets disposal, operating management and risk prevention after corporate M&A, and other issues in detail and came to many consensuses.
