Vice-President of World Service Group Visits Dacheng

April 21, 2010, World Service Group (WSG) Vice-President Maricarmen Trujillo visited Dacheng. Managing Director Wang Zhongde received Ms. Trujillo.
 
In this visit, Ms. Trujillo provided suggestions for the effective utilization of the WSG network and resolved the outstanding issues relating to Dacheng’s use of the WSG network. This is the second time that Dacheng has received a high-level representative from WSG since joining the organization on September 16, 2009.
 
Managing Director Wang Zhongde expressed his welcome to Ms. Trujillo. He said, with the help of the WSG headquarters, Dacheng has made significant progress in connecting to the WSG global network platform and is in frequent contact with other WSG members. Dacheng is under a favorable momentum in building good collaborative relationships globally, receiving positive results in building the Dacheng Global Legal Services Network. In 2010, Dacheng will heavily promote the building of its intellectual property professional team, and hopes to publicize the fact using the WSG global platform.
 
Ms. Trujillo assured Dacheng that the WSG is a very effective platform to help Dacheng better construct its intellectual property professional team, and demonstrated related functions on the WSG website. WSG invited and highly recommended that Dacheng attend the WSG Annual Meeting in Rome, which will be held in September 2010.
 
Mr. Wang and Ms. Trujillo also exchanged ideas on the possibility of overseas Dacheng branch offices joining the WSG, the next steps to becoming fully integrated into the system, and rules and etiquettes for WSG members.
