Wang Libo is Appointed as Chief Law Advisor of China Association for the Research and Advancement of Chinese Traditional Medicine and Vice Chairman of Pharmaceutical Administration and Intellectual Property Professionals Committee

On 28th Apr 2010, Dacheng Partner Wang Libo was appointed the Chief Law Advisor of China Association for the Research and Advancement of Chinese Traditional Medicine (CARACTM) and Vice Chairman of Pharmaceutical Administration and Intellectual Property Professionals Committee because of his expertise in the areas of intellectual property and pharmaceutical law and others areas.
 
The CARACTM is a national professional organization established by the Central Committee of Chinese Peasants' and Workers' Democratic Party, approved by the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and overseen by the State Chinese Medicine Administration Bureau. The CARACTM assembles numerous well-known old traditional Chinese doctors, traditional Chinese medical establishments and related pharmaceutical manufacturing and management enterprises. Zhang Daning, Vice chairman of Party Central Committee of Chinese Peasants' and Workers' Democratic Party and eminent doctor of traditional Chinese medicine is the president of the CARACTM.
