Ma Wei Participates in the Myanmar Power Resource Project Memorandum of Understanding Signing Ceremony

On May 28 2010, Myanmar Federal Electricity Department I Hydroelectric Planning Division and China Guodian Corporation Yunnan branch hosted “Myanmar Federal MAWLAIK Hydroelectric Development Project Memorandum of Understanding” signing ceremony in Capital Naypyitaw. The minister of Myanmar Federal Electricity Department I U Zaw Min, the chief secretary of Hydroelectric Planning Division U Soe Tha and the deputy general manager of China Guodian Corporation Mi Shuhua attended the ceremony. Dacheng Senior Partner, the director of Kunming branch Ma Wei was invited by China Guodian Corporation Yunnan Branch to attend the signing ceremony.
 
The signing of this memorandum of understanding marks that these two parties have entered into a new developmental stage on clean energy cooperation, which is of great significance in relation to the comprehensive cooperation in the field of energy development between the two countries. As the legal counsel of Yunnan branch of Guodian Corporation, Dacheng Kunming participated in the cooperation negotiation between the two parties, which will positively promote Dacheng’s business expansion in ARF.
