Dacheng Provides Legal Services for CRCC and TONGLING's 42.7 Billion Yuan Acquisition of Corriente

The tender offer of CRCC (China Railway Construction Corporation Limited, 601186) and Tongling (Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Holdings Co., Ltd., 000630) acquiring Corriente Resources Inc.( hereinafter called Corriente), a copper mine listed company, finished successfully before 28th May, 2010 and finally the joint venture company established by CRCC and Tongling acquires 96.9% shares of Corriente with 4.274 billion Yuan. According to the data display, this is the second large-scale copper ore acquisition that the Chinese companies made abroad and also the largest exchange amount acquisition of non-oil and gas resources the Chinese companies accomplished on the Toronto stock market in Canada.
