Senior Partner Guo Jun Gives On-line Lectures for the “Lawspirit”

On 30th May 2010, Dacheng Senior Partner Guo Jun was invited by the “Lawspirit” to give lectures for over 200 students on “Corporations Legal Risk Control and Manage” through the “Lawspirit” on-line platform.
 
Mr. Guo explained four major topics, which are identification of corporation’s legal risk, the manifestation of corporations’ legal risk in different fields, the approach to control legal risk and the innovation of legal personnel on corporation management system to highlight position. Mr. Guo illustrated the topics by analyzing the application of real estate hot cases on legal mode of thinking, and synthesized commented on the strategic planning of corporation development. Mr. Guo highly generalized the occupational environment and opportunities of legal personnel in different organizations, and put forward his views on legal personnel career planning.
