Senior Partner Qian Lieyang is Elected as an Executive Director of Beijing Criminal Legal Research Association

On 27th Jun, Beijing Higher People’s Court held the Fifth Beijing Criminal Legal Research Association plenary session. Dacheng senior partner Qian Lieyang was elected as one of this year’s executive directors, and he is the only practicing lawyer of 29 executive directors.
