Partner Gu Shuyuan Participates in Legal Risk Management of Chinese Listed Company 2010 Forum

On July 8 2010, “Legal Risk Management of Chinese Listed Company and ‘Risk Society, Legal Risk and Listed Company 2010 Forum---Global Background and Practice in China’ symposium” hosted by the Research Center of Enterprise and Company Law of Peking University, Research Center of Chinese Enterprises' Legal Risk Management of Peking University and China Times, and jointly hosted by ”China Business News” of Finance and economics channel of China Central Television and Securities Law of China Law Society. The Overseas Exchange Centre of Peking University held the symposium.
