On July 19 2010, sinking fund method amendment and drafting group of NPC Financial and Economic Committee convened ”Investment Sinking Fund Method Legislation Research Council” at Beijing. Related department heads and work group members of NPC Financial and Economic Committee and Legislative Affairs Commission, CSRC, Legal Affairs Office of the State Council and other departments attended the meeting and heard suggestions.
