Senior Partner Xu Yongqian Lectures to Directors of Hebei Basic Level Law Firms

On July 21, by the invitation of Hebei Bar Association, Legal Aid and Public Welfare Legal Affairs Committee of National Bar Association, Dacheng senior partner Xu Yongqian gave a lecture on "lawyers how to crack the difficulties -- the countermeasures to balance urban and rural development” to almost a hundred directors of basic level law firms from various regions of Hebei in Chengde.
