Dacheng Partner Qu Feng Lectures to Haitong Futures

On July 18 2010, Qu Feng, partner of Dacheng Shanghai Branch was invited to give a special lecture on “Compliance of Futures Companies and Practice of Risk Management in the Stock Index Futures Time” to Haitong Securities Company Limited.
