Dacheng Jointly Hosts” Balance Urban and Rural Development on Rule of Law and Practice of Lawyer Symposium”

On Sep 4 2010, China National Lawyer’s Association and China Suburban Economic Seminar hosted, Dacheng and Shandong Juseek & HorSine Law Firm jointly hosted ” rule of law and practice of lawyer of balance urban and rural development symposium” which convened at Weifang, Shandong. Yin Chengjie, standing committee member of NPC, vice director of rural working committee of NPC participated in the meeting and made a keynote speech. Yu Ning, president of China National Lawyer’s Association, Bao Yongjiang, president of China Suburban Economic Seminar participated in and addressed the meeting. Deng Jiaming, secretary general of China National Lawyer’s Association presided at the opening ceremony.
 
The main point of this symposium was promoting construction of rule of law and legal services of balance urban and rural development. During the meeting, heads of related divisions, experts and scholars, cadre at the basic level, representatives of lawyer of Development Research Centre of the State Council, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Civil Affairs, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and other Ministries and Commissions respectively made keynote speeches combining their own work. They also made discussions on the problem of related legal issues of balance urban and rural development.
 
Xu Yongqian, senior partner of Dacheng, deputy director of Ethnic Affairs Commission of All China Lawyers Association, director of rule of law forum of balance urban and rural development. He delivered a keynote speech on “attorney strategic space and practice on balance urban and rural development”, and he hosted the attorneys’ practical exchange affair and closing ceremony. More than 500 attorneys and public servants of the related departments from all over the country participated in the symposium.
