Dacheng Senior Partner Tuo Mingzhong Lectures to Tsinghua University

On Sep 12 2010, Dacheng senior partner Tuo Mingzhong was invited to give a one-day lecture on “Corporate M&A Risk Management and Prevention” to trainees from “CEO class on Financial Instrument and Capital Management”. He answered the legal issues, which were common concern by nearly 80 business executives from the whole country. His lecture won praise from the participants.
