Dacheng and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP Agrees on Establishing Strategic Alliance

On Oct 5 2010, Peng Xuefeng, director of Dacheng Law Offices, Wang Jie, Liu Haiping and Zhang Hong，senior partner of Dacheng Law Offices were invited to visit Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP headquarters. They met with Mr. W. Christopher Whit, director of Cadwalader and principals of finance department, corporation department, capital markets department, intellectual property department, litigation department, merger and acquisition department and other departments.
 
Both sides mutually agreed on establishing strategic alliance between Dacheng and Cadwalader. They conducted an in-depth discussion on cooperative mode and details and finally reached a consensus.
 
After the meeting, John Rapisardi and R. Ronald Hopkinson were invited to participate in the opening ceremony of Dacheng Law Offices (New York) as representatives of Cadwalader.
