Dacheng Senior Partner Xu Yongqian Participates in “Corporate Legal Risk Management Guide” National Examination Meeting of Standard

On Oct 20 2010, “Corporate Legal Risk Management Guide” national examination meeting of standard sponsored by China National Institute of Standardization grandly held at Beijing Hong Xiang Hotel. Dacheng senior partner Xu Yongqian was invited as a specialist of standardization examination committee to the meeting.
 
Specialists form State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, China Mobile Communication Corporation, China Electronics Corporation, Aviation Industry Corporation of China, China State Construction Engineering Corporation, SINOTRANS, China Citic Bank, Datang Telecom, Peking University, Beijing University Of Technology, Beijing Institute Of Technology, First Huida Risk Management And Other Units seriously reviewed “corporate legal risk management guide(manuscript)”.
 
On April 2009, after the issue of “Corporate Legal Risk Management Guide (A Draft for Discussing)”, Dacheng submitted twice modification suggestions and opinions on “Corporate Legal Risk Management Guide” to national standard drafting working group. “Corporate legal risk management guide (manuscript)”adopted part of modification suggestions of Dacheng.
 
The issue of “Corporate Legal Risk Management Guide” is as a general guide and national standard which would play an important role for corporate legal risk management. Meanwhile, it marked our national standardized work in corporate legal risk management domain has been started.
