Dacheng Senior Partner Jiang Rongqing Lectures to “European, American and Oceanian Investment Forum”

On Oct 24 2010, at the invitation of China International Economic Cooperation Society (CIECOS) of Ministry of Commerce, Dacheng senior partner Jiang Rongqing gave a lecture to the “European, American and Oceanian Investment Forum” and delivered a keynote speech named “Overseas Investment and Legal Risk Practice of Engineering” to more than 100 domestic large and medium size enterprises.
 
According to his personal experiences, senior partner Jiang summarized common legal risk on “overseas investment and project legal risk practice” of Chinese enterprises’ outward foreign direct investment (OFDI) and outward contract projects, which contributed to prevent and avoid Legal risk on Chinese enterprises “going global”.
