Dacheng Senior Partner Xu Yongqian’s New English Edition Book has Officially Published

“China’s New Enterprise Bankruptcy Law Context, Interpretation and Application” was jointly compiled by Senior Partner Xu Yongqian, Dacheng law offices, Professor Rebecca Parry, Nottingham Trent University and PhD Zhang Haizhen, Beijing Foreign Studies University. The book has officially published by Ashgate Publishing Ltd. and it would provide comprehensive and systematic introduction on Chinese legal system of bankruptcy to Anglo-American Legal System’s legal scholars, practice attorneys and law school students. Content of the book contains legislation history, detailed study of content, practical operation of Law of the People's Republic of China on Enterprise Bankruptcy and other domains.
