Changjiang Publishing & Media Co., Ltd.’s acquisition of the Shanghai Worldbest Industry Development Co., Ltd. was approved by the Listed Company Merger and Reform Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on 20th October 2011.
 
Changjiang Publishing & Media Co., Ltd. is specialized in publishing books, journals, newspapers, media and electronic books, and issuing, printing and trading. It is penetrating into markets of other cultural industries like media and internet, as well as property development. It is the largest cultural industry in Hubei and ranked the seventh among all the publishing groups in China.
