Dacheng Advises Irtouch on ChiNext Board Listing at Shenzhen Stock Exchange

On December 29 2011, Beijing Irtouch Systems Co., Ltd. (“Irtouch”, stock code: 300282) was launched at the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The opening day witnessed a 32.67% of stock gains.
 
Irtouch is mainly engaged in the R&D, design, manufacture and sales of touch screens. It is one of the few enterprises in China that hold complete and independent intellectual property over touch screens.
 
A Dacheng team composed of senior partner Peng Xuefeng, Zhang Hong and partner Chen Hui advised Irtouch on the IPO and ChiNext listing.
