Dacheng Guangzhou Office Advise Jonjee on Short-term Financing Bills Issue for 2011

On December 4 2011, Jonjee Hi-tech Industrial and Commercial Holdings Co., Ltd. was granted approval for registering RMB750mln of short-term financing bills for 2011. The first batch of RMB300mln of bills was issued on December 30. Dacheng’s Guangzhou-based attorneys Chen Xiaodong and Rong Weiwei advised the company on the registration and the issuance.
